Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
Conditions of eligibility
To benefit from a return :

The item must be new, unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned:

Perishables (food, flowers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary items

Hazardous products, flammable gases or liquids

Gift cards

Downloadable software

Certain health and personal care items
Partial refunds (if applicable)
A partial refund may be granted in certain cases:

Books showing signs of use

Previously opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, cassettes or vinyls

Damaged or incomplete items for reasons beyond our control

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
💳 Repayments
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt and our decision regarding acceptance or refusal of your refund within a maximum of 30 days.
If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original card or payment method within a few days.

If you have not yet received your refund :

Check your bank account again.

Contact your card issuer (processing time may be longer).

Consult your bank.

🏷️ Promotional items
Only items sold at the normal price can be refunded. Promotional items are not refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like an exchange for the same product, please email us at contact-piplox@gmail.com.
🎁 Gifts
If the item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit of equivalent value. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item has not been identified as a gift or has been sent to the person who gave it to you, the refund will be sent to that person.
🚚 Shipping returns
Return shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, these costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.
The time it takes to receive an exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
For all returns over €75, we advise you to use a tracking service or to insure the shipment. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
